“One week ago today I thought I was going to lose my foot from a spider bite. I went to fastmed urgent care and the staff was so kind to me. I had to go back almost daily for wound care and saw 3 different providers. I have never received care like this from anyone. I am a registered nurse so I have had many encounters with health care providers on a professional basis. The staff here are beyond amazing. I could have never received better care from anyone else. The compassion they showed me will never be forgotten. Because of the excellent care I received my foot was saved. They listened to my concerns, held my hand when I cried, and cared about me as a person. That's what excellent healthcare should be about. When you get a phone call in the evening asking if you are ok from a healthcare provider . . . Well that's unheard of but the staff did this because they care and because they are in it for the right reason. I can never thank you all for what you have done for me and most of all what you showed me.. there are still good people in the world. I am so blessed and I pray that God will bless them!!! To all the staff at Fastmed urgent care.. I love each of you!!!”
